  • Job Description:
    As the HR Operations Manager at Expedia, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that employees are supported throughout their lifecycle at Expedia. Your role will involve managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, and implementing talent development programs.
    • Manage HR operations to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
    • Develop and oversee performance management processes, working with team leaders to assess employee performance and implement development plans.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations to ensure Expedia complies with all requirements.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
    • Support leadership in building a strong, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
    • Experience with HR management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
