Our client – LinkedIn’s talent acquisition function – is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for technical hires across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

About the Role
You will oversee end‑to‑end hiring processes for engineering and product pods, partner with regional leaders, manage sourcing strategy, and monitor hiring metrics to enable fast and quality growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for technical roles across EMEA.

  • Lead campus recruitment and external sourcing initiatives.

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent need and pipeline.

  • Manage recruitment vendors and employer branding campaigns.

  • Report on time-to-hire, diversity, and funnel metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally across EMEA.

  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and employer-brand advocacy.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms.
