  • Job Description:
    As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies to grow Airbnb's host and guest base. Your role will focus on optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to reach new customers while engaging existing users.

    • Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media, and SEO) to drive both host and guest acquisition.

    • Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand and business goals.

    • Develop content and creative strategies that highlight the unique experiences offered by Airbnb hosts.

    • Leverage customer insights and analytics to develop personalized marketing strategies that improve conversion rates.

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize based on A/B testing and data analysis.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven campaigns.

    • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

    • Creative and data-driven mindset for crafting campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.

    • Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
