• Job Description:
  The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of Airbnb rental properties, ensuring that properties meet company standards for quality and that guests have excellent experiences. This role will require someone who can manage multiple properties, streamline operations, and maintain strong communication between hosts and guests.
  • Manage a portfolio of Airbnb rental properties, ensuring they meet Airbnb’s cleanliness, quality, and guest experience standards.
  • Coordinate with property owners to optimize listing descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies.
  • Handle guest communications, from booking inquiries to issue resolution during stays.
  • Ensure properties are maintained and housekeeping services are efficient.
  • Monitor booking trends to help hosts adjust rates based on market demand and competition.
