We’re looking for a Remote Property Manager to join our team. If you're eager to get into property management, love problem-solving, and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you. Whether you’re new to the industry or have a background in hospitality or customer service, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Listing Management: Ensure properties are accurately listed on Expedia, VRBO, and other platforms, with up-to-date descriptions, photos, and pricing.
  • Guest Communication: Act as the main point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, handling bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Booking Coordination: Manage booking calendars to prevent double bookings and optimize occupancy, and handle cancellations and last-minute requests.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of properties. Work with vendors and maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics like occupancy rates and guest satisfaction. Provide property owners with regular updates and improvement suggestions.
  • Guest Reviews & Feedback: Address guest reviews, ensuring positive feedback and resolving any concerns or issues quickly.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure properties comply with local regulations and platform guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • No Experience Required: We welcome candidates from all backgrounds! While previous property management or customer service experience is a plus, it's not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties at once.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and booking platforms like Expedia, VRBO, or other similar tools.
  • Customer Service: A friendly and professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address potential issues that could affect guest satisfaction or property performance.
  • Remote Work: Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage your time efficiently.
  • Preferred: US-based or European candidates, but we're open to applicants from other locations who meet the requirements.
