  • Job Description:
    The Property Relations Manager will focus on strengthening Booking.com’s relationship with its property partners. This includes working closely with accommodation owners to ensure their properties are well-represented on the platform and meeting the company's high standards for guest experiences.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, assisting with onboarding and maintaining property listings.

    • Advise property owners on optimizing their listings to increase bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.

    • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to resolve any operational issues and provide updates on new tools or platform features.

    • Monitor guest reviews and ratings to ensure property quality and provide feedback to owners.

    • Help property owners understand market trends and adjust pricing and availability to maximize bookings.

  • Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Booking.com’s platform and how to optimize listings for better visibility and bookings.

    • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

    • Experience in troubleshooting issues and offering tailored solutions to property owners.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
