Our client – Adobe’s UK/EMEA digital commerce division – is recruiting a Senior Digital Trading Analytics Manager to optimise Adobe.com performance. This is an exciting role in a domain where analytics and data-driven decisions directly impact revenue.
About the Role
You’ll lead trading analytics across multiple digital channels, delivering A/B testing frameworks, conversion optimisation strategies, and actionable insights to both UK and global leadership teams. Working with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Platform teams, you'll deliver performance improvements in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement A/B tests and performance experiments across Adobe.com.
Analyze trading metrics, conversion funnels, and user behaviour to yield optimisation opportunities.
Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital strategy and feature enhancements.
Guide and mentor junior analysts or trading specialists.
Requirements
Extensive experience in digital analytics and performance marketing (preferably e‑commerce).
Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to commercial impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior leadership or team mentorship in analytics or digital trading contexts.
