Our client – Adobe’s global Education Engagement Marketing team – is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their expanding EMEA operation. This newly created role offers the opportunity to design and deliver innovative campaigns driving product usage among students and universities across the region.
About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to build awareness and adoption of Adobe Express and other creative tools across educational institutions. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategic Development, and Data Science teams to execute account-based strategies and high-touch events, delivering measurable engagement and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting higher education audiences.
Manage account-based and demand-generation programs across digital and offline channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, funnels, and sales enablement.
Track campaign KPIs, present insights to senior leadership, and optimise strategy continuously.
Lead event planning, logistics, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
Substantial experience in B2B marketing or engagement marketing for university/student segments.
Proven success in delivering campaigns that drive product adoption and pipeline.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Salesforce.
Experience delivering executive-level marketing programs and events in EMEA.
