About the Role
You will develop customer success strategies, build scalable support processes, and collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a remote customer success team.
Design KPIs and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and identify product improvements.
Requirements
5+ years in customer success leadership, SaaS or travel industry preferred.
Experience managing remote teams.
