Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within Travelnest. This includes managing employee relations, recruiting new talent, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring that the company’s HR policies are in line with labor laws and best practices. A key part of the role will also involve implementing employee engagement strategies and supporting the growth and development of employees within the organization.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
Handle employee relations issues and ensure that all employees understand their rights and responsibilities.
Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly into the team.
Create and maintain HR documentation and databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Partner with leadership to develop compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and equitable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations, particularly in the tech and travel sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
