Job Description:
The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the security of Travelnest’s platform, monitoring systems for potential security threats, and implementing proactive measures to protect user data. This role is vital to ensuring that all aspects of Travelnest’s infrastructure remain secure and resilient to cyber-attacks.
Monitor and respond to potential security incidents, ensuring that all user data remains protected.
Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
Implement and manage security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and encryption protocols.
Collaborate with IT and product development teams to integrate security best practices into all products and services.
Stay current with the latest security threats and compliance requirements, ensuring Travelnest remains ahead of emerging risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on web application and cloud security.
Experience with security protocols, including encryption, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH) are highly desirable.
