Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Apprentice to support the delivery of our marketing activities for our clients. You will work closely with all our internal teams to ensure the effective execution of digital and administrative marketing tasks that enhance the visibility and reputation of our clients and our own brand.

Responsibilities

  • Website: Manage updates and content on company and client websites using CMS platforms (e.g WordPress).
  • Social media: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and reporting of social media content across various platforms.
  • Newsletters: Coordinate and support the production of email newsletters and client communications.
  • Databases: Maintain marketing databases (Zoho), Trello Project boards, assets, and collateral.
  • Design: Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to support marketing strategy development.
  • Campaign execution: Support marketing campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

What we’re looking for:

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite - training will be provided).
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile for a client or a team member.

Desirable:

  • Experience in professional services sectors.
  • SEO or Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a medical PA, marketing support role (ideally in a healthcare environment).

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

35 hours per week.
