Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple engineering squads.

Requirements

• 7+ years engineering experience, at least 2 in leadership roles.

• Solid understanding of cloud systems, microservices, and scalable tooling.

• Proven experience growing and mentoring engineering teams.

• Excellent strategic, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
