About the Role
This role involves driving engagement through lifecycle marketing, CRM systems, and personalised campaign strategies. You’ll collaborate with analytics, product, and regional teams to deliver measurable retention growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop CRM strategy targeting activation, retention, and re-engagement.
Run lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app and digital channels.
Personalise communication through segmentation and data insights.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs.
Lead a team of marketing specialists and CRM analysts.
Requirements
Experience in CRM or growth marketing in travel-tech or SaaS.
Strong analytical and campaign management skills.
Familiarity with email platforms and marketing automation tools.
Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
