Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management:
- Publish property listings through the channel manager - Travelnest.
- Set competitive rental rates and adjust pricing based on market trends.
- Regularly update the booking calendar to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Guest Communication:
- Respond to guest inquiries and messages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle guest bookings and any pre-arrival questions or concerns.
- Ensure that guest feedback is promptly addressed to maintain positive reviews and experiences.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Monitor and track the performance of listings, making adjustments as needed to increase visibility and booking rates.
- Maintain up-to-date property information, including photos, descriptions, and amenities.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for seamless guest turnovers and property upkeep.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality (prior experience with vacation rentals is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.) and related tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
